- To prepare the 'pocket', mix the flour, sugar, salt &yeast, then add cooking oil and mix..
- Add milk and mix/knead to form a ball of dough, then cover with a kitchen towel &place in a warm place to proof..
- For the filling, fry the minced meat using the onions and spices, then tomatoes and finally coriander (dania)..
- Place the minced meat aside to cool and preheat the oven..
- When the dough has proofed to at least double it's original size, knead again then rolled & cut into big squares..
- Place some of the minced meat on each square then fold/roll them..
- Seal the ends by pressing down using a fork, then place the pieces on a baking tray..
- Pop the tray into the oven. When they brown, remove and enjoy..
